to take Beta-S. Can I take it after a meal?

If you forget to take Beta-S, then you must take
it and delay eating for thirty minutes. Beta-S must arrive 30 minutes
before your food intake. After the fact does not work. If Beta-S is
not taken at all, then you must accept the fact that the dietary fat
you take in for that meal will be absorbed. Simply remember to take
Beta-S before you eat your next meal. If a meal is especially heavy
and fat laden you may want to take two tablets. Take Beta-S at least
three times per day whether you miss a meal or not, as Beta-S helps
suppress the appetite.
Remember, hit and miss
dosages will render your program ineffective. Beta-S is a lifetime
commitment to controlling cholesterol levels. People who use Beta-S,
reach their ideal cholesterol level and then stop will see their results
go backwards.
Cholesterol Test
This is a fairly inexpensive
process. The Heart Association even sponsors them in shopping malls
for as little as $10.00. It is advised when using Beta-S as a cholesterol
controlling agent, an individual have a test done right away. Noticeable
results can be expected in cholesterol counts when taking Beta-S in
4 to 8 weeks.
When do I consult
my physician?
It is always the responsible
thing to do. Although Beta-S is non-absorbable and there are no known
side effects, if you are taking any form of medication prescribed
by your physician, or are under the care of a physician, consult with
him/her. For young children it is also recommended to get approval
by your physician.
