We do not guarantee that any of our
products will work for all individuals. Results vary from one person
to another. However, we do offer a refund policy to our customers
who are dissatisfied with a product for any reason. If, within 30
days from the date on your receipt, you would like to request a
refund, please e-mail us and request to return the product. (30
days from the receipt date is strictly enforced.) RETURNS WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RECEIPT. Empty bottles will not be accepted.
All returns must contain the unused portion.
It is a good idea to return the product
using some sort of delivery confirmation, for your protection, so

PLEASE NOTE:
Some of our customers order 3 or more of the same product to take
advantage of the discounts. We have had instances where customers
then return to us 2 or 3 half full or nearly empty containers within
the 30 days. We are unable to offer a refund on all of the containers
in such cases. If you need to return a product and you have ordered
more than one, it is expected that only one of them will have been
opened and the others will be sealed. We strive to keep our prices
lower than our competitors, and thus cannot refund on these types
of practices. If you feel a product does not meet your needs, please
do not open all of the containers. We cannot refund in such cases.
